Our Staff and Caregivers

We are confident that your experience with our Staff and Caregivers will be second to none.

Our personnel are trained in accordance with each client's needs. We treat all our clients as though a member of our own family. In addition to initial and periodic background checks and satisfactory reference with prior employments, regularly-scheduled performance evaluations are performed on all of our caregivers. We are doing what we love and your care is our calling. Your unique needs and wants will be our focus, matched to Caregivers by personality and skill level, so that your life will be the best it can be, no matter what stage of life you find yourself.

Administrator

Provides overall supervision of the business and its employees. Provides leadership and direction for growth and development.

Case Manager

Assesses each client and meets with the families to formulate care plans. Provides complimentary follow-up visits for each client on service. Hires, supervises, and provides on-going training for caregivers.

Staff Coordinator

Responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling caregivers to ensure all requirements and needs are fulfilled.
